"Let's Play a Video Game!" : Metal Gear Solid

First Person Shooter (FPS for short) games like Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 2 or Halo Reach. Have you played either of the mentioned or, well, any FPS games in general? How about Third Person Shooters? How about games like Splinter Cell? What about the 1987 Metal Gear? How about the Metal Gear Solid series?

If you have played FPS games or MGS's 2 thru 4, Portable Ops, PO+ and Peace Walker, I'm going to tell you that those sniping skills won't help you much here in Metal Gear Solid. If you have played Third Person Shooters, good for you, they'll help out somewhat. If you have played the original Metal Gear, man, you won't have much problem with this game. You're good to go if you've played it.

"Let's play a video game!" : Mega Man 2

Mega Man 2, the game that follows the original Mega Man and is followed by Mega Man 3, is a game that takes place in 199X (200X in the American release, I believe) where Dr. Light created a super robot, Mega Man, to stop Dr. Wily from using the Robot Masters he stole from Dr. Light to take over the world and whatnot. Because there's obviously no other use for eight Robot Masters than taking over the world. By the way, this is the second time this has happened.

Here are a few questions I'd like to ask you right now:

Do you like Role Playing Games?

Do you like exploring dungeons from a first person view?

Do you enjoy putting points into your strengths, thus maximizing your pros and minimizing your weaknesses?

Are you bored, have a PSP and a PSN account, and have $40 on the PSN account?

If you answered "yes" to any of the above, Class of Heroes just might be the game for you!

So, today, at around 7:10 AM, I had an unbelievably ridiculous idea while I was warming myself and playing Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops Plus: rename all the characters that are not part of my sneaking crew to lyrics of "Rap is a Man's Soul" (ラップは漢の魂).
